Fantastic chocolate brownie. Go sparingly on the flour and it tastes meltingly.
350g dark chocolate
3 large eggs
250g dark muscavado sugar
5g plain flour
1sp baking powder
Heat oven to 160c. Butter and line cake tin.
Melt chocolate and butter, stir and cool.
Whisk eggs, then whsik in sugar until thick.
Fold in chocolate mixture. Sift in flour, baking powder.
Pour into cake tin.
Bake 30 mins.
Cool for an hour.
